All Online Franchisee who availed the toktok Online Franchise package and has registered their account in JC is eligible to apply as a toktok Franchise Operator by following these steps:
Step 1: Go to https://toktokdeliveryserv.wixsite.com/my-site website
Step 2: Click the "Inquire about the franchise" button on the home page
Step 3: Wait for Miss Janet to contact you after you clicked the button. Miss Geraldine will help you out throughout your process.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL?
After the payment, you will be notified via email or text message once it's verified. Just wait for 2-7 days for your franchise ID number and shoplinks to be sent by Ms. Janet Tellenes.
WHAT WILL BE THE NEXT STEP AFTER THE PAYMENT?
Step 1: Send proof of your payment to our email or FB Page or to Ms. Janet Tellenes. (screenshot or clear photo) together with your valid ID.
Step 2: You will be notify once Ms. Janet received your proof of purchase.
Step 3: Wait for your ID Number
CAN I SCHEDULE PAYMENTS?
NO. Transaction expires after 12 hours from the time of creation.
HOW MUCH WILL BE THE RENEWAL FEE FOR TOKTOK FRANCHISE OPERATOR?
Renewal Fee as toktok Franchise Operator is WAIVED until December 31, 2021.
WILL THERE BE TRAININGS AVAILABLE?
Yes, after you receive your franchise ID number, you will be guided to attend the Operators Technical Training.
ARE THE MANG BOKS, COPPERMASK, BOYBONDAT, AND JC HEALTH AND BEAUTY SHOPLINKS INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE?
Yes, these Shoplinks will be included for free as an added bonus on availing the Franchise. Now, you can sell more than just the food products.
WHAT WILL WE DO WITH THE HEALTH AND BEAUTY PRODUCT FREEBIE INCLUSION? ARE WE REQUIRED TO SELL THEM?
It depends on the franchisee. The health and beauty products are just some of the benefits and gifts for availing the franchise. You can either sell them or use it for consumption.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY INCOME?
You will be provided with a dedicated dashboard with username and password in order to request your income. Payment will be sent to your bank of choice.
HOW MANY DAYS UNTIL I RECEIVE MY INCOME?
Tuesday and Wednesday is the schedule for request, Friday will be the check release in our office or bank transfer (for BDO accounts), for Non-BDO accounts, we will have to wait 2-3 banking days for the cheque to clear.
HOW TO START WITH DELIVERY WITH TOKTOK?
After the Rider has successfully completed the Registration and the Riders’ Training, Rider must ensure that his/her Rider load wallet has sufficient balance. Follow these steps to request for top-up load:
Step 1: Contact your Operator
Step 2: Request your desired top-up load amount
Step 3: Pay your Operator by any means as agreed by the both parties
Step 4: You may now start earning with toktok!
Example: Delivery Fare: PhP 200.00 Rider Wallet: PhP 40.00 – (Rider must have at least 20% of the total booking fare to be able to accept the booking) NOTE: Minimum top-up load for Rider is 500 only.

We will handle the customer complaints and order status. However, if a customer contacts you regarding a concern, you can direct them to our company website and we will handle the complaint for you. There is also an order tracker tool in your website shop link that customers can use.
